Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your items, and your selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes any loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hatsbyhana@gmail.com; email titled "Lost or Damaged Packages", within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can provide you with the necessary shipping information and documentation to support your claim, but the claim must be filed by you as the recipient.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
